What clubs usually want to change
Most clubs that look for an alternative are not unhappy with one feature. They are tired of paying for marketing tools they never open, of a price that jumps every time they sign up more students, of a percentage taken from every membership payment, or of software built for fitness gyms that has no idea what a belt, a grade or a parent is.
ClubTide is built for clubs where members progress and parents pay: martial arts gyms, youth sports clubs, dance studios and music schools. Every plan includes every feature, the price follows your number of active athletes, payments go straight into your own Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net account, and you can leave at the end of any month.
No tool is right for everybody, so each comparison also says when the other product may suit you better.

Comparisons tell you what is different. These pages show how ClubTide works day to day for your discipline.
How do I move my members from my current software?
Export your members as a CSV file and use the import in ClubTide: match the columns, check the preview and confirm. Duplicates are skipped. Gymdesk exports of members, memberships, payments and attendance can be imported together.
Can I keep my current payment processor?
ClubTide works with Stripe, PayPal and Authorize.net accounts that belong to your club. Saved cards usually cannot be copied between software providers, so families save their card again in the parent portal the first time they pay.
Does ClubTide take a percentage of member payments?
No. ClubTide charges a monthly or annual subscription. Card fees are charged by your payment processor under your club's own agreement.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. You start with a 14-day free trial without a credit card, then pay monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
How accurate are these comparisons?
We compare against each competitor's public pricing and feature pages and note the date we checked them. Prices and features change, so please confirm the details on their website. If something is out of date, write to [email protected] and we will correct it.
