It covers attendance, fees, a parent portal, evaluations and tests, medical certificate alerts, events and tournaments, with an Android app, card payments through NETOPIA and data hosted in Romania and the EU.

Belts, grades and exams
If your club grades its athletes, ClubTide has a full ranks module: belts, stripes, grades or levels with curriculum sections and skills, promotion readiness by classes attended, months at rank, age, skills and coach approval, and a rank history that cannot be changed afterwards. Promotions are always decided by a coach, one at a time or for a whole group.
Belt tests and exams take registrations from the parent portal and add the testing fee to the family invoice. Presets cover judo, karate, taekwondo, BJJ and Qwan Ki Do, plus dance grades, ballroom medals and music grades.

Family billing and card autopay
In ClubTide a family is the account holder: one parent or several, any number of children, one invoice with a sibling discount. Parents pay online in the portal into your club's own Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net account, and can save a card so membership fees are charged automatically, up to the amount they approved. ClubTide adds no fee to those payments.

Consents, documents and private lessons
Collect versioned consent forms with PDF copies, export or anonymize a member's data in one step when a parent asks, and keep medical notes visible only to the staff who need them. Federation licences, medical certificates and insurance get expiry reminders, and families can upload a renewal from the portal. Private one-to-one lessons sit in the same calendar, with warnings when a coach or athlete is already booked.

When MaxClub may suit you better
MaxClub is a Romanian company with an Android app, a 30-day free trial and payments through NETOPIA, a Romanian payment processor with which your club signs its own contract. Its entry plan starts with clubs of up to 30 athletes. If you prefer a local provider and NETOPIA, or your coaches and parents want an Android app, MaxClub is a good choice.
ClubTide is a better fit when you want its belts and grades module with exams, family billing with card autopay through Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net, or software in more than one language.
