Grades, syllabus and club life in one system
Judo clubs juggle a lot: juniors on a mon grade or tabbed-belt syllabus, seniors working through kyu grades toward shodan, a syllabus of nage-waza, katame-waza and ukemi for each grade, minimum times between gradings and, for dan grades, minimum ages. On top of that come sessions in a shared sports hall, volunteer coaches, annual memberships and parents who want to know how their child is doing.

Kyu, dan and junior mon grades
Start from the judo template and rename grades to 6th kyu, 5th kyu and so on, add dan grades after 1st kyu, and set colors to match your association. For juniors, run a separate rank system with mon grades or tabbed belts, using stripes as markers with a maximum per belt if your syllabus uses tabs.
Every system keeps its own curriculum and requirements, and a junior moving to the senior syllabus keeps their full grading history.

Ukemi, nage-waza, katame-waza and randori
Organize each grade's syllabus into sections such as ukemi, nage-waza, katame-waza, kata and randori, and add each technique: o-soto-gari, kesa-gatame, the breakfalls juniors must show safely. Mark the required items for each grade.
Coaches record progress per judoka during sessions, so preparation for a grading is visible weeks before it happens.

Minimum sessions, months and age
Set requirements per grade: a minimum number of sessions since the last grading, minimum months at the current grade, a minimum age and the required syllabus. Add coach approval and a judoka only appears as ready once a coach has recommended them.
ClubTide shows a readiness percentage and a ready list for each group, but it never promotes on its own.

Gradings from invitation to results
Create a grading with a date, venue, capacity, registration deadline and fee. Invite judoka by email, and parents of juniors register from the parent portal. Registration adds the grading fee to the family's invoices.
Afterwards, record each result as passed, failed or absent and promote everyone who passed in one bulk action. Each new grade is saved in the judoka's permanent history, linked to that grading, and those entries cannot be edited later.

Sessions, halls and attendance
Create programs and groups for juniors, seniors, competition squad or veterans, each with a location, capacity and coaches, and let the weekly schedule create the sessions. When the hall is unavailable, move or cancel a session and families are notified.
Coaches take attendance on their phone as present, late, excused, absent or trial, and only see the groups they coach. Attendance stats and reports show who trains regularly.

Club fees, family memberships and payments
Set up monthly, quarterly or annual fees with optional setup fees, give families a percentage discount, and pause memberships for injuries or holidays. ClubTide issues invoices every period. Can I run junior mon grades and senior kyu grades?
Yes. A club can run several rank systems side by side, for example a junior mon grade system and the senior kyu and dan system, each with its own syllabus and requirements.
Can I add ukemi and throws to each grade's requirements?
Yes. Each grade has curriculum sections and techniques. Add the breakfalls, throws, holds and kata you expect, mark which are required, and coaches record every judoka's progress.
Does ClubTide award grades automatically?
No. It shows who meets the requirements, such as sessions attended and months at grade. Coaches record grading results and confirm every promotion.
Can I set a minimum age for dan grades?
Yes. Any grade can have a minimum age, calculated from the date of birth on the member profile.
How do families pay club fees?
