Use the Dance grades or Ballroom & Latin medals preset as a starting point and shape it to the syllabus you teach. For each level, list the steps, barre and centre work or routines students need, and set a minimum number of lessons, months at the current level or a minimum age. ClubTide shows who is ready, and a teacher always makes the final decision.
For exam sessions, create the exam with a date, venue, fee and entry deadline, invite the students who are ready and let parents enter them from the portal. Each entry adds the exam fee to the family's invoices. Afterwards, record results and move everyone who passed up a level in one go.

A parent portal families actually use
Every family gets a portal on their phone with the timetable, attendance, level progress and invoices for each child, in English or Romanian. Parents pay from there, enter exams and choose which messages they receive.

Can I use ClubTide without grades or exams?
Yes. Levels and exams are optional. Many studios simply run classes by age and use ClubTide for the timetable, attendance, fees and the parent portal.
