Eversports Manager, from Eversport GmbH in Vienna (founded 2013), is built for booking-centric businesses: yoga, pilates and fitness studios, martial arts and dance schools, and courts for tennis and padel. Customers book classes online, join waitlists and buy memberships, and studios can be listed on the Eversports marketplace app. It reports more than 9,000 partners across Europe.
ClubTide starts from the club: athletes who belong to a group with a coach, families with several children, parents who pay one invoice, and progress through belts, grades or levels. Coaches take attendance per group on their phone and parents follow everything in a portal. It is used by martial arts gyms, sports clubs, dance studios and music schools in five languages.

Priced by athletes, not by bookings
Eversports Manager's studio plans follow the number of bookings a month: Light €49 for up to 49, Starter €79 for up to 199, Accelerate €119 for up to 599, Professional €169 for up to 1,499 and Champion €229 above that, per month when billed annually, excluding VAT, plus a one-time €99 setup fee. If every practice is booked, a member who trains three times a week makes about 13 bookings a month.
ClubTide counts active athletes, however often they train: $49 a month for up to 50, $79 for up to 100, $129 for up to 200 and $179 for up to 400, monthly or annual, with no setup fee. Parents, coaches and archived members never count.

Families and groups at the centre
In ClubTide a family is the account holder: one parent or several, any number of children, one invoice with a sibling discount and one saved card for autopay on membership fees. Athletes belong to groups with a coach, a location and a capacity, and the weekly schedule creates each practice. Coaches mark who is present, late, excused or absent from their phone, and parents see it in the portal.

Belts, grades and the paperwork of youth sport
ClubTide tracks progress through belts, stripes, grades or levels, shows who is ready for promotion and keeps an unchangeable rank history, with presets for martial arts, dance and music. When Eversports may suit you better
Eversports brings things ClubTide does not offer: a consumer marketplace where new customers find and book your classes, newsletters and automated emails, vouchers and a referral program, a point of sale with merchandise and fiscal register integrations, payroll and a branded app. Its payments include SEPA direct debit and Twint, and the company, based in Vienna, serves studios in euros and Swiss francs. For a studio that sells single classes and grows through online bookings, it is a strong choice.
ClubTide is a better fit when your members stay for years, parents pay for their children and you want ranks, attendance and family billing at a price that does not depend on bookings.

Does ClubTide have a marketplace like Eversports?
No. ClubTide does not list your club in a consumer app. New families sign up through your own online registration form, which you can share or add to your website, and ClubTide charges no referral fee.
Can I import my members from Eversports?
ClubTide imports a CSV file of your members, for example a spreadsheet saved as CSV from Excel. It matches the columns, shows a preview and skips duplicates. There is no dedicated Eversports import.
Will my members' saved payment details move over?
Saved cards cannot be moved between payment providers. Families save their card again in the ClubTide parent portal, either when they pay their first invoice or from the payments page.
Does ClubTide support SEPA direct debit?
