Two ways to price club software
PushPress prices by plan rather than by size: a free Core plan, Pro at $159 a month and Max at $229, each with unlimited members, staff and leads. Payments run through its integrated PushPress payments on Stripe, and the card rate depends on the plan. Workout tracking, the CRM and websites, and a branded app are add-ons.
ClubTide prices by active athletes and includes every feature: ranks and promotion readiness, attendance, family billing, a parent portal, documents and consents. Members pay into your club's own processor account, and ClubTide adds no fee to those payments. It is used by martial arts gyms, sports clubs, dance studios and music schools in five languages.
If you run a large fitness gym, PushPress's flat price with unlimited members can work out well. If you run a smaller club with belts, kids and parents, read on.

Ranks without a plan upgrade, payments without a markup
On PushPress, belt and stripe tracking comes with the Pro and Max plans, so a martial arts school that needs ranks starts at $159 a month. The free plan has no subscription fee, but its published card rate is 4.99% + $0.30 per payment. ClubTide costs $49 a month for up to 50 active athletes and $79 for up to 100, with ranks, family billing and every other feature included.
Members and parents pay into your club's own Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net account at the processor's standard rate under your own agreement. ClubTide adds no fee of its own.

Progression that coaches and parents can follow
Set up belts, stripes or grades from a preset (BJJ, karate, taekwondo, judo, dance grades, music grades and more) or build your own, with curriculum sections and skills. ClubTide shows who is ready for promotion from classes attended, months at rank, age, required skills and coach approval. Promotions are always made by a coach, one at a time or in bulk, and the rank history cannot be altered.

One account for the whole family
In ClubTide the family is the account holder: one parent or several, each with their own login, any number of children, one invoice with a sibling discount and one saved card for autopay. Adults who train for themselves get their own account. Parents see schedules, attendance, ranks, invoices, documents and consents in a portal that works on any phone, without installing an app, in English, Romanian, German, Spanish or French.

Documents, consents and GDPR, built in
Track federation licences, medical certificates and insurance with expiry reminders, and let families upload renewals from the portal. Collect versioned consent forms with PDF copies, keep medical notes visible only to the staff who need them, and export or anonymize a member's data in one step. Data is hosted in the EU (Germany) and a DPA is available.

When PushPress may suit you better
PushPress includes things ClubTide does not offer: native member and staff apps with a kiosk mode, a point of sale, workout tracking with its Train add-on, and a CRM with email and SMS workflows and websites with its Grow add-on. It also supports SEPA, BECS and ACSS direct debit through Stripe. Because every plan has unlimited members, its flat price can be competitive for a large gym.

Can I keep my own Stripe account?
Yes. ClubTide works with your club's own Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net account. Payments go straight to your account at the processor's standard rate, and ClubTide adds no fee.
Will my members' saved cards move over?
Saved cards cannot be copied between software providers. Families save their card again in the ClubTide parent portal, either when they pay their first invoice or from the payments page.
Does ClubTide have an app or a kiosk?
ClubTide has no native app or tablet kiosk. Parents and members use the portal in their phone's browser and check in by scanning a QR code at the entrance, and coaches take attendance from their phone.
