ClubTide is a web application for the people who run training clubs: owners, head instructors, coaches and front-desk staff, plus a portal for the parents of their students. It covers the recurring work of a club, from signing up a new student to taking attendance, tracking progress, invoicing tuition and keeping families informed.

Martial arts first, any sport welcome
Martial arts clubs have needs that generic club software handles poorly: belt systems with stripes, promotion requirements, curriculum, belt tests and a rank history that has to stay trustworthy for years. We built those into the core of ClubTide rather than bolting them on.
Everything else, including members and families, schedules, attendance, billing, registration forms and the parent portal, works for any sport. Programs are free text, and the ranks module is simply left off if you do not need it.

Built for the United States and Romania
ClubTide is available in English and Romanian, and every user, including each parent, picks their own language. Clubs in the United States work in US dollars and clubs in Romania in lei, with prices on our pricing page for each market. Dates, times and amounts follow the club's settings.

The principles behind the product
Privacy by default. Much of the data in a club belongs to children. Access is role-based, medical notes are restricted, coaches see only their own groups, and clubs get export, anonymization and retention tools. Our data is hosted in the European Union.
Simple, honest pricing. Every plan includes every feature; the only difference is how many active members you have. There is a free trial without a credit card, monthly billing and no minimum contract.
No card data on our servers. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Member payments go straight to the club's own Stripe account, and we never store card numbers.
People make the decisions. ClubTide shows who is eligible for promotion, but a coach always confirms it. Past-due invoices are flagged, but students are never locked out of class by the software.

Is ClubTide only for martial arts?
No. Martial arts features such as belts and testing are built in, but members, schedules, attendance, billing and the parent portal work for any sport, and the ranks module is optional.
Which countries does ClubTide support?
ClubTide is built for clubs in the United States and Romania, in English and Romanian, with prices in US dollars or Romanian lei. Clubs in other countries can use it with US dollar pricing.
Do you store our members' card details?
No. Card details are entered only on Stripe-hosted pages. ClubTide stores only Stripe identifiers and the card brand and last four digits for display.
