Both tools charge by active students and include every feature, location and user in every plan. Martialytics lists $69 a month for up to 50 students, $99 for up to 100, $129 for up to 200 and $199 above that. ClubTide costs $49, $79 and $129 for the same sizes, and $179 for up to 400 active athletes.

A login for every parent, one invoice per family
In ClubTide the family is the account holder: several guardians, each with their own login, any number of children, one invoice with a sibling discount and one saved card for autopay. Adults who train for themselves get their own account. Parents follow each child's schedule, attendance, rank and progress, pay invoices, sign consents and upload documents from any phone.

Can I keep using Stripe?
Yes. Connect your club's Stripe account and members pay at Stripe's standard rates, with no fee from ClubTide. You can choose PayPal or Authorize.net instead.
Will my students' saved cards move over?
Saved cards cannot be copied between software providers. Families save their card again in the ClubTide parent portal, either when they pay their first invoice or from the payments page.
Does ClubTide have a student app with chat?
No. ClubTide's parent portal works in the browser of any phone, with no app to install, and it has no in-app chat. Parents see schedules, attendance, ranks, invoices and documents there.
