What kind of club is ClubTide built for?
Any club that runs class groups, practices and recurring dues: martial arts gyms, soccer academies, swim teams, gymnastics, dance and more. Programs are free text, and you only turn on belts and testing if you need them.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You sign up with your club name, country and email, and the free trial starts immediately. You add a card only when you pick a plan.
How do parents pay tuition online?
Your club connects its own Stripe account. Parents pay invoices by card from the portal and the money goes straight to your club. You can still record cash, check or bank transfer payments.
Can I move my data over from spreadsheets?
Yes. The CSV importer walks you through it: upload the file, match the columns, review a preview, and duplicates are skipped automatically.
How is member data protected?
Access is role-based, medical details are visible only to authorized staff, two-factor sign-in is available and important actions are recorded in an audit log. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
